I pressed the grey button and was quickly buzzed in
I met a man with hair from his neck to his chin
I introduced myself "Hi, i'm PiGPEN"
He replied "and you made...?" FUCK YOU ASSHOLE, I MADE V-TECH RAMPAGE *pew*pew*

Backstory:
I went to NYC from my home in Sydney Australia for my sister's wedding (slash undeserved holiday).
I was house/dog sitting with my Mom for my sister while she was on her honeymoon.
My sister wanted myself and my mom (but mainly my mom) gone for a few days when she came back so she could 'decompress'.
I wanted to go to DC to see the giant Lincoln and the White House and stuff but apparently it's really expensive, hard to get around and the AIDS capital of America so instead we went to the queer capital of America.
Since we were going to Philly i figured stopping by Newgrounds would make sense so i emailed Tom about it.
Saw the Liberty Bell's ass crack and soaked up the local historical history and gave money to bums.
The day before getting out of the land dump that is Philly Tom had still not replied so i figured 'fuck it' and rocked up anyways (with my mom driving...awwww yeaah).
And then...

There wasn't much going on at Newgrounds Offices... just some neckbeards working on the art portal and some british guy finishing up an interview... 'Chappy Gary' i think it was?
The interviewer was some balding film school reject making a newgrounds documentary... i'm guessing commissioned by Tom to promote the site to people who can drink alcohol and buy cars since Newgrounds ad revenue wont survive the recession with you 13 year olds as the audience.
The interviewer quickly requested an interview with me and i graciously obliged... answering all his questions as dickishly as possible.
I poked MindChamber's P-Bot sculpture.... spoiler: it's made of foam...im pretty sure i accidentally P-Bot's neck bauble.

My mom was likely talking with the tall intern guy about dancing or something during this time.

After poking around everyone's desks looking at the various toys and porn some people started showing up including Tom and Stamper.
Talked with Stamper a bit and he allowed me to join him on the roof for his smoke break.
Up there we chatted a bit, i gave him a blow job and we contemplated double-suicide.
Stamper definitely lives up to the kinda guy you'd think he'd be which is pretty damn awesome.

I can't remember if JohnnyUtah was there all along or came there with Tom and Stamper...he's a fairly unassuming guy.
Mr. Utah showed me some stuff he was working on; a neat looking game and some more of his cheap talking heads animations.
Then he explained to me the new Art Portal in enough detail to exploit it and i, in return, introduced him to pixiv.net where he proceeded to view gay naruto hentai.

Tom showed me a couple of games he was working on; one for Power of Three that looks really fun... an action platformer but your only attack is a jump kick and Pixel Puncher which seems to be in a similar vein as Domo-Kun with lots of videogame references... it's also an action platformer, seems a lot like megaman.
I viewed these games again when EgoNegro showed up later and Tom was showing it to him and his posse, Tomato..the two were looking like the hipster mafia.
During the second showing i remarked at some point how something in Pixel Puncher reminded me of Paul Robertson's work and Tom regaled us with tales of how he tried to work with him on a game at some point... apparently multiple sprites that were used in Kings of Power were originally created for this game that never happened and coolest of all... those pixel Tankmen at the bottom of every page is made by Robertson.

My mom was definitely talking with Stamper about dancing during this time.

In the thick of it all there was delicious pizza, Swain detailing some game mechanic he was programming as if anyone cared, Street Fighter 4 (i managed to barely win some matches when i spammed with E. Honda), Egoraptor dancing with my mom, Tom and me pacing awkwardly around the room in unison like some retarded synchronized swimmers that cant find the pool and Stamper scoring with my mom.
The night ended with me stealing Ego's hat and begging Tom for free stuff (i got a Penicorn).
Pretty cool, 3/5 7/10.

Subject: Street Fighter Collab

Hello There

We are getting fed up with not hearing any official word on the Street Fighter Collab and we want the chance to showcase the work we put into our piece. And we're sure you feel the same. Therefore, on the 25th of May, we are going to submit our entry to the flash portal and we would absolutely love it if you would do the same. Since it doesn't look like it's going to happen anyway and we want to see all the entries involved, we feel that by putting all our entries on the same day this will send a message that has so far been ignored. People who have submitted their entries deserve some recognition for their work so let's make this one day the unofficial Street Fighter Collab day!

Street Fighter collab is pretty cool....i dont get most of the jokes though.

Im in NYC at the moment so if anyone in the area still has a hatred hard-on from v-tech we can meet-up and you can punch me if you like (omg human contact).

I went to see my first live music show tonight! It was god awful.
Went to see Anamanaguchi.... couldnt hear anything they were playing when the drummer was drummering, they spent less time playing music then they did un/setting their equipment, had to sit through 2 crappy techno acts and there was some dj playing songs in between acts but all you could hear was the bass.
FUCK LIVE MUSIC! FUCK IT! FFFFF!

Oh and i got a game done but i can't get it sponsored because it's too hard.

So who wants to say theyre on my team while i do all the work?

Been working on the sequel to Sprite Smash for the past 4 weeks making the engine from scratch (gameplay wont be so linear this time :D ) and its now time to start making playable characters so i'd like suggestions from you rabble about which characters you'd like to see in the new game.
