i usually just go by vowel sound rhymes unless the consonants surrounding the vowels in the word make you say the vowel sounds differently

PiGPEN: half+i like the way i say "wtcrap" :3, +rick astley diss, half+for ambiguously phrased prison rape, ++"this time the pen served nimbeeees" i make such awesome exit lines that one in particular was quite a poetic summary and nice punch *jacksoff*

Nimbus: Good lead-in followed by boring gay jokes, half+for the title quoting this setup line doesnt really make a whole lot of sense though, +the punchline for it is good though despite being another gay joke

[NGHH2011 - GRIM vs Waus]

Ehhhhhh

Waus: Cannot make out a single word you said. Read the verse and it only has a single reference to your opponent. And that reference was completely superficial.
Grim: Also a completely superficial verse. You didn't even say your opponents name.
Waus: Somewhat better enunciation here thankfully. This verse is completely in response to the previous verse so that's a step up although nothing really stands out as a hard hit.
Grim: Yay you're responding finally. Eh, but only half these are responses. And like Waus none of them really stand out as hitting hard...you make 2 nice setup bars followed by 2 lackluster punchlines.

Kinda hard to decide who's better on such pathetic verses but i guess i would go with Waus since Grim had no excuse to not be responding right from his first verse.
