I donno....most of the time it was watching a screen at a bad angle play flash animations in horrible quality unable to hear dialogue.
But it was fun the few times people interacted (and it didn't get lagged to hell or disconnected).

Yes it's Stamper, not sure who that Cromartie High lookin' guy is next to him though.
I think it was Luis who handed him the hat...told him it was made by Hugo Boss and Stamper replied quizzically to who the fuck that is.

Why abstain? LevelUp was glitched out nonsense shitted together in a month on Flixel. Anyone with half a brain can see that out of those nominees it should have been either Time Fcuk or Closure.

Then again i don't quite get the criteria for User of the year.

BTW, are you going to make a movie based on "Trollgame"?
If it was a selection of anything made in flash over the year and not just things that were top of the month/events on newgrounds i probably would've gone with VVVVVV for game of the year. Not sure about animation of the year but there has to be better stuff than all the crap that was in the running. I'm pretty sure they make it up as they go along but if User of the Year was something more like King of the Portal except for the year i think someone respectable like Greasy Moose could have won it.
And no...no Troll Game animation.
I watched it for maybe four hours.
The only award I didn't really agree with was Level Up. I haven't actually played it for longer than a minute yet, but it hardly seems innovative and it's much less interesting than other games.
The only interesting thing about it was the leveling up of actions as you did them (jumping higher the more you jump, etc) but at the same time it's not used in any significant way so the skills you dont need never get used beyond the norm and you just end up grinding a skill when you find a need for it.
And what Aspie can really get excited for an ode to grinding?

I dunno about that...most of Tarboy is silhouette and i can't just bring myself to call a majority tweened animation good just because it's in stylish silhouette. Not to mention it was boring as hell.
