the users here have always had terrible taste. If it was simply up to the select panel of users that are voting on which movie/game will get the award to choose which submissions were nominated, there would be all decent submissions. I long to see a day where NG awards good artistic material, or animation with originality that takes talent, and NOTHING ELSE. Even if there's a few good animations in there that were nominated, stupid shit like Madness and Blockhead: Ghostmas bring the whole value of that stupid piece of scrap metal down at least 50% (as if it had any value in the first place). Newgrounds will always be a haven for idiots, unless, by some divine miracle, Tom Fulp decided to ONLY promote quality animation with style. This is what happens when you give too much power to the people.
